These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ranjula Facilities Private Limited (“Ranjula Facilities”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, visiting our premises, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Ranjula Facilities Private Limited provides integrated facility management and manpower solutions including housekeeping, security support, maintenance, and workforce services across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
2. Service Engagement
Services are provided based on mutually agreed contracts, proposals, or work orders.
Scope, timelines, manpower strength, and pricing will be clearly defined prior to service commencement.
Any additional services beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and necessary access to premises
Ensure a safe working environment for deployed staff
Make timely payments as per agreed terms
Comply with applicable laws and site-specific regulations
4. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within the agreed credit period mentioned in the contract.
Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
All statutory taxes and government levies shall be charged as applicable.
5. Workforce & Conduct
All personnel deployed remain employees of Ranjula Facilities Private Limited.
Staff replacement, absentee management, and supervision are handled by the Company.
Clients shall not directly employ or solicit deployed staff during or after the contract period without written consent.
6. Quality & Performance
We strive to maintain high service standards through training, supervision, and audits. Any service-related concern must be reported promptly for corrective action.
7. Safety & Compliance
The Company complies with labor laws, safety regulations, and statutory obligations.
Clients must support compliance by adhering to safety guidelines at the site.
The Company shall not be liable for incidents arising from unsafe client-controlled conditions.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, operational, and personal information exchanged during the engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ranjula Facilities Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service contract.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as per contract terms.
Immediate termination may occur in case of breach, non-payment, or legal non-compliance.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be subject to courts in New Delhi, India.
13. Amendments
Ranjula Facilities Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply upon communication or publication.
